Project approach and methodology
We execute each project based on specifications that are drafted together with you. Based on these specifications, we prepare a project plan that meets your needs. Depending on the nature of the project, we determine the project approach and the project methodology, such as Agile Scrum or V-model. We consult regularly so you are constantly informed of the progress. Want to make changes? Then we will inform you about the consequences so that you can make the best decision.
Start of production
After the development phase the production phase starts. The production of electronics is becoming increasingly complex. Many companies do not have the expertise and/or manpower in house to manage outsourcing of production. Inspiro does! That’s why more and more clients outsource their production to us. We select the most suitable production partner for each customer request. Important aspects to consider are the technology used for the product and the quantities to be produced. We generally work with three EMS companies which we have long-term relationships with. If desired we work with the company of your choice or with any other company that has the expertise needed.
